Yes... if our final product is not to your satisfaction, we will often go back and re-edit the piece so that it suits your needs. If you are still dissatisfied, a partial refund may be considered.

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
The president of the company, who does most if not all of the work, is a former producer of several network TV shows in Los Angeles, CA His background is in film, having received a Master's degree from The American Film Institute in L.A. He currently teaches the same at Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL in addition to overseeing video production for a large public relations firm.

Q.	What packages do you offer? What are your rates?
It completely depends on what is involved. Base shooting packages begin at $150 for the first hour and $100 each additional hour for shooting one-camera.

Q.	How much are additional copies?
Additional DVD copies of work created for you are $5 per. Discounts are available as quantities rise.

Q.	Do you provide copies on DVD?
Yes, unless a different format is requested.

Q.	Do you require a deposit?
In most cases, yes. Weddings and events in which a date needs to be held often require a minimum $100 deposit. Smaller jobs like VHS transfers or minor shoots can be paid at the time of service or when the job is complete. The terms of payment can be negotiated.

Q.	How many cameras do you use?
It depends on the job. We have however many you need to do a job right.

Q.	Do you provide editing services?
Absolutely. It is our area of most expertise.

You will deal with the president of the company personally, and he will oversee and/or complete your project himself to be sure it meets your satisfaction.

We do everything from small scale productions (like shooting a seminar) to full commercial and promotional pieces. Recent clients include DIRECTV and Cenegenics Medical Institute. We can conceive, write, produce, shoot, edit and do DVD authoring on your project.
